Initiation and Engagement
Free consultation,
Low Commitment contract,
Site reconnaisance,
Inception (at least 2 no. preliminary designs for each scheme are submitted),
6-12 weekdays from day of commitment.

Scheme Design
Signing of agreement (1st payment - 20%),
Refined drawings (3 no. major revisions allowed),
Submission and 2nd payment 25%,
Final detailed designs and fine 3D impressions,
Submission and 3rd payment - 50%.

Technical Design
Synchronization of drawings, printing and endorsement ready for required permit,
Delivery of 6 copies of drawings (Hard and Soft copies)
Final Payment - 5%.
Getting a builder? Assistance can be given in finding the right builder of construction work can be undertaken by WSD
Occupancy.
